Prepare the Package
Carefully place the device, all original accessories, and manuals back into the original box to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our technicians verify the unit, your refund or replacement will be processed.
